Course Description
Microsoft Word's Mail Merge is the perfect blend of
one letter and several names and addresses brought
together to save valuable time when doing a mass mailing.
Classes are 7 weeks for $250, 1 hour, no book and held over the internet. If you need more time,
you may choose 12 weeks or 16 weeks.
You'll need DSL, cable modem, or a T1/T3 line for these classes. Sorry, no dialups!
Prerequisites
Prerequisites – MS Word Level I, II, & III or equivalent of working knowledge with the software. A test will be given to ensure proof of prior knowledge at this level.
Course Benefits
You will gain knowledge and skills to successfully create merging documents and a database in or out of any office or home setting using Microsoft Word. This will allow you to take one letter and merge it to several names and addresses within minutes.
Great for parties, last minute invitations, mass mailings to insurance companies or lawyers. Any time you have one letter and it has to be sent to several different people and several different places at the same time. Taking this class after you children have gone to bed!
